Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, I am transitioning into Web Development with a strong background in Field Service Engineering. Over 7 years, I honed my problem-solving skills by troubleshooting complex technical issues. I also developed strong communication skills, working closely with clients to understand their needs and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes. I am eager to leverage these skills in my new career as a Web Developer. Additionally, I have achieved JLPT N3 and am currently studying Japanese at a language school to further improve my proficiency.
