What if you had only one year left to live? How would it change the way you see life?
In the humbling setting of aoyama cemetery, we’ll gather to reflect on death and what it means to truly live. Misha from Tokyo Mindfulness will guide a powerful meditation imagining your “last year to live”. We’ll also have a space to share our thoughts & emotions around mortality, grief, and loss.
We hope this will be a meaningful afternoon in a place that starkly reminds us of the fragility and beauty of life.
