Job Description
Wanna help our characters organic growth shoot past the moon and all the way into the stars with some ads?
We are looking for an advertising pro to continue refining our advertising strategies that have been getting fans for 10-50 times cheaper than the average on both Twitter and TikTok.
You’ll get to build on our base, and keep refining, so that our characters get into the millions and bring together the world’s largest collective audience!
In addition to the ads you’ll work directly with our writers planning initiatives and schedules to promote our characters’ merch, games, podcasts, anime, and more!
Responsibilities
- Manage an ad budget of $10,000-50,000 p/month.
- Collaborate with a team of writers, illustrators, animators, and more to create non-4th-wall breaking promotions.
- Propose new marketing and partnership promotions.
Qualifications
Some Skills and Toolset We Hope You’ll Have:
- Strong workflows for A/B testing.
- 1+ year and $50,000+ managing social ad campaigns.
- Google analytics or another analytics dashboard experienced.
- Ad copywriting and creative writing experience.
Nice to Haves:
- Strong understanding of anime culture.
- Project management experience.
- Experience with Notion.
- Strong documentation creation experience.
- Enjoy running experiments.
