We are seeking a detail-oriented marketer who likes to work across multiple marketing channels to deliver personalized best-in-class communication to customers.


Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing plans to share focus areas and execution roadmap.
  • Own initiatives end to end, working with cross functional teams legal, finance, product, design, data science, and bank partners to optimize, execute and deliver campaigns.
  • Work with internal partner teams such as Prime, Amazon Advertising, and devices, to experiment in new and existing marketing channels on Amazon.co.jp.
  • Create on-brand, best in class content, tailored to appropriate customers and effectively build acquisition campaigns for our credit products.
  • Manage internal and external design and research agencies to create marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze the performance of campaigns, identify next actions and share results of campaigns with senior management teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years performance marketing experience
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand and use metrics to gauge trends and evaluate content in an unbiased fashion
  • Work experience in fast-paced environment
  • Experience in managing external partners
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with a varied set of software and editing tools (including basic to intermediate Excel, basic SQL and CMS)
  • Native level Japanese and business level English language proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • International experience
  • Experience from working in large matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders
