The Role

Developing IAS business in responsible key accounts, promote company products & solutions and achieve sales revenue for responsible territory.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an account strategy with BLM
  • Identify customer decision making process, building strong relationships with key stakeholders at different levels on the customer side
  • Find out customer needs, transformation opportunities through visits, line audits and innovation events, etc.
  • Solution provider - Identify possible opportunities, bottlenecks, future business and prepare business plans with recommended actions through visits, line audits, tech events, etc.
  • Achieve yearly sales target by focus on assigned key accounts in segment application and implement sales activities
  • Work closely with other members of the organization in and outside of Japan
