The Marketing Manager, Solid Tumor, Japan is to build up product tactical brand plan and well implement through marketing programs or campaigns together with sales team followed brand strategy in the solid tumor area.


  • Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviors and competitor activities to identify market opportunities for the product
  • Plan and develop brand strategies and initiatives that are in line with the growth drivers and business objectives
  • Develop and implement national promotional campaigns, materials and educational initiatives that are in line with brand strategies
  • Work together with sales team, give clear market direction and guideline to sales team
  • Develop critical relationships with KOL and other allied health care professionals.
  • Set up KOLs communication workshops to understand the patients /physicians insights.
  • Collaborate with cross function teams to develop, integrate and implement operational plan to make sure the brand strategy alignment.
  • Provide product knowledge to internal & external stakeholders.
  • Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.


  • Above 6 years working experience in pharmaceutical industry in sales and marketing.
  • Good customer insights including understanding customer needs, behaviors, motivational drivers.
  • Product and industry/environment Knowledge.
  • Excellent analytical capability.
  • Good capability in strategic thinking/planning.
  • Be able to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders to change perception or obtain commitment
