Job Description
Lark Marketing team is responsible for maintaining our point of view on our products and verticals. We work for experienced field, digital and content marketers to create and execute new performance-driven and omni-channels marketing campaigns and field activities.
This role partners closely with the leaders of Sales, Solution Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver impact and is also responsible for building out a world class go-to-market organization for next generation enterprise collaboration products.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire go-to-market process including maintaining the trends, impact, imperatives, and use cases of our products and verticals
- Be the de facto expert in one or more of our products and verticals while serving as a trusted partner to Sales
- Craft assets and also deliver to strategic audiences
- Drive strategic initiatives and decisions across the entire enterprise software organization in Japan as a part of the "Think Tank"
- Inspire and up-level team through a player-coach action oriented mentality
- Instill the proper culture and processes for a motivated, balanced, and highly efficient team capable of scaling up at later stages of organizational maturity
Qualifications
- Minimum of 12+ years of experience in complex enterprise software go-to-market, industry solutions, product solutions, or highly relatable functions
- Highly analytical and able to formulate a credible perspective that aligns with the strengths of our products
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Self-driven and experienced in leading high performing teams
- Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams to succeed in managing projects and deal cycles of all sizes
- Highly strategic with strong product sense for innovative enterprise software
Preferred Requirements
- Knowledge of enterprise office collaboration software
- Knowledge of corporate shared services functions
- "Start-Up" mindset or experience on approach of problems and polished resolutions
- Track record of delivering industry leading content with on-point and relatable messaging
