Responsibilities
In this role, you will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute marketing strategies to achieve the following objectives:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and acquire new free users.
- Convert free users into paid subscribers by showcasing the value and benefits of premium offerings.
- Encourage long-term usage and retention among paid subscribers through targeted engagement initiatives.

- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight key features and benefits, effectively communicating value to users.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns aimed at driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Share service updates and marketing initiatives internally to ensure alignment across teams and optimize collaboration.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in product marketing.
- Proven track record in go-to-market strategies for B2C technology products.
- Experience with subscription-based products is preferred.
- Prior involvement in a product launch from inception is desirable.
- Understanding of AI, LLMs, and generative AI.
Skills
- Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English, essential for collaboration with teams in Japan and overseas.
- Task management skills with the ability to independently manage tasks and track progress.
- Analytical skills to assess usage data and plan promotions accordingly.
- Experience in webinars, content marketing, exhibitions, and social media promotions is desirable.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and marketing automation tools.
- Experience in email marketing and social media marketing.
