Product Designer

Job Description

We're hiring a product designer to help us make Canny an amazing experience for our customers. You'll primarily be working alongside the founders (designer + engineer) and product team, but also sales and marketing. 🚀

Responsibilities

• Create mocks in Figma for new features and integrations
• Use feedback and communicate with customers to inform designs
• Identify opportunities for improving UI/UX in our core product
• Work with engineers to clarify design decisions and refine implementation
• Work alongside the marketing team to design landing/blog pages and emails
• Work with Sarah/the founders to refine the company's brand

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a product design role at a tech/software company
• Experience in all stages of product design: ideation, prototyping, interaction design, developer handoff
• Excellent written and spoken English communication and presentation skills
• Ideally, you've worked in startups, even better if at a B2B SaaS startup
• Ideally, you have some experience doing front-end development yourself
