Job Description
We are seeking a Sr. Quality Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java and Python and domain experience in Finance & Accounting and Hi-Tech. This hybrid role requires proficiency in English and offers a day shift schedule. No travel is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of test plans to ensure product quality
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts using Java and Python
- Provide expertise in Finance & Accounting and Hi-Tech domains to ensure relevant test coverage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and best practices
- Monitor and report on quality metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Participate in requirement analysis to provide input on testability
- Mentor junior team members on quality assurance methodologies
- Drive the adoption of new testing tools and technologies
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on quality status
- Contribute to the overall success of the company by ensuring high-quality product releases
Qualifications
- Must have strong experience in Java and Python
- Must have domain expertise in Finance & Accounting and Hi-Tech
- Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Must be proficient in English (Read/Write Speak)
- Should have experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
- Nice to have knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Should have strong communication and collaboration skills
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Should have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing quality issues
- Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model
- Should have a passion for quality and continuous improvement
- Must be able to mentor and guide junior team members
