We are looking for a UX Consultant who will have a Lead Role for the UX Team (onshore & offshore, including user research).
As a UX Consultant, you will formulate a UX Design Strategy, create high level concepts, ciritcal user journeys for each user group. You will select Key user journeys and lead the team to create the prototype, validate the same with end users/stakeholders, drive the UX activities (UX Design and User Research) towards creating a MVP Definition from experience point of view, and identify our client’s business requirements, capture all aspects of the existing customer experience for tutors, parents, kids, client’s staff and anyother relevant stakeholders.
Study of the existing curriculum under all the relevant age groups

Must Requirements
-8+ or more years of UX design experience with demonstrated capability in winning client confidence and leading a Design Team (including UX, VD, and User Research). Preferences will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
-Expertise in Figma
-A Good understanding on the Web/ Mobile Application Design. Ability to collaborate with Dev. team, Consultants, Business stakeholders and a wide audience from diverse background.
