責任
- 業界とクライアントのビジネスを深く理解し、クライアントとの日々のコミュニケーションを 円滑に行う。
- クライアントとの日々の連絡により、プロジェクトの規模や範囲、予算、スケジュールに関す る情報を収集する。
- プロジェクトの中間目標を達成するためにチームをまとめ、必要なプロセスを手配し、実行す る。
- 自律的に業務を遂行しつつ、サポートも求める。そのタイミングと裁量を見極めるスキル。
資格
- 社会のトレンドや人々の動きに敏感で、信頼を基盤にクライアントとの関係を築くことができ る。
- プロジェクトリーダーとしてのアカウントエグゼクティブの仕事を担う。
- ネイティブレベルの日本語。ビジネス英語（自分の考えやアイディアをストレスなく伝えられ るレベル）
- コミュニケーション能力が高く、ダイバーシティな環境の中でも積極的にコミュニケーション が取れる方
- 起業家精神を持ち、会社の成長にコミットメントできる方

Job Description
Global independent creative agency is seeking an Account Executive to join the team. Headquartered in London, the agency has more than 15 offices worldwide and specializes in creating videos and content that connect brand values with a social/ societal purpose.
You will have an opportunities to work with industry-leading brands, develop strategic social media campaigns, and contribute to the success of clients
Responsibilities
- Facilitating daily client communication with a deep understanding of industry standards and the client's business.
- Communicate with clients and gather information about a project’s scope, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinating teams to meet project milestones, arranging the necessary processes, and executing.
- The ability to work autonomously but know when to ask for help
Qualifications
- Stay attuned to social trends and public sentiment, building client relationships on a foundation of trust.
- Embrace the role of the account person as the project leader.
- Native Japanese and with fluent English language skills (at a level that allows you to communicate your own ideas and thoughts without stress)
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to interact with people from diverse backgrounds
- Embody an entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to contribute to the company's individual growth.
