Job Description

Join Copado as an Account Executive in Japan, where you’ll play a critical role in driving regional growth and customer acquisition. You’ll develop and execute a solid strategy for targeting the Japan market, building awareness, advocacy, and partnerships. By working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will identify and manage new sales opportunities to position Copado as the leading solution in the DevOps space for the Salesforce ecosystem.


Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing a regional strategy for growth and acquiring new enterprise customers in Japan.
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams to define and deliver compelling value propositions tailored to the Japan market.
  • Tracking, analyzing, and communicating key metrics and market trends to the management team.
  • Supporting regional development efforts, including building relationships with influencers across implementation partners, ISVs, and Salesforce Sales and Customer Success teams in Japan.
  • Engaging with customers to ensure their long-term success after the deal closure.
  • Driving outbound prospecting activities to expand your pipeline.
  • Understanding customers' growth objectives, strategies, and challenges, and positioning Copado as a best-in-class solution.
  • Exceeding sales objectives and quotas.
  • Participating in product, sales, and process training to develop deep expertise in Copado’s solutions and strategy.
  • Managing account relationships, pipeline, and forecasts using Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of recent experience in technology and IT solution sales.
  • 1+ years of experience in a sales capacity within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • A hunter mindset with a proven track record in new business development and pipeline generation.
  • Strong ability to navigate complex client hierarchies, engaging both technical and economic decision-makers early in the sales process.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach.
  • Thrives in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to listen, empathize, and understand client challenges.
  • Bonus: Existing relationships in the Salesforce ecosystem in Japan.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of DevOps and/or testing software.
