Job Description

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you lead the growth and development digital marketing vision and strategy to secure COS Online growth and amplify our digital presence. In this role, you create an alignment between commercial and inspirational brand experiences at every digital touch point, driving results to optimise sales, consumer engagement, brand awareness, acquisition and retention.


Responsibilities

  • Ensure digital channel optimization and alignment across full funnel: brand awareness to conversion, with a targeted approach to secure customer acquisition and retention goals and set KPIs
  • Leverage LINE and Email to deliver new followers and new customers, as well as segmentation & retention strategy
  • Optimize all digital channels including SEM/SEO, Display, Affiliate and programmatic media and set action plan based on channel performance and insight
  • Work together with E-Commerce Manager and the E-Commerce Team in creating an efficient—and informative--workflow towards setting long--and short--term goals and overall KPIs, with a focus on traffic and target audience
  • On board and lead digital marketing agencies to drive local initiatives according to digital marketing strategy by reflecting customer demand
  • Drive online customer acquisition and retention activities across all channels in alignment with the brand and seasonal marketing plan to meet set goals
  • Responsible for the full life cycle of all digital campaigns, from strategic development, execution and reporting on results with strong data analysis
  • Plan and optimize the budget for all digital marketing activities in Japan, including planning future investment and reporting on results (KPI reporting and ROAS analysis)

What you need to succeed

  • Previous working experience in a Digital Marketing Manager capacity leading a team.
  • Prefer to fast fashion/ retail/ beauty industry
  • Excellent communication, Jpaan and English language skills both verbal & written
  • Familiar with LINE and Email strategies.
  • Highly analytical and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office/ Google Analytics, GA4, Adobe Analytics
  • Work with result-driven
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution
  • Excellent problem solving & decision making abilities
  • Able to work flexibly, multi-task and determine key priorities
