Job Description
Creative for More is seeking a talented and dynamic Japanese and English-speaking Account Manager to join our expanding team in Tokyo. The primary focus of this role is to create, manage, and present compelling pitch decks to prospective clients. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills to effectively convey the value of our services and drive business growth.

Responsibilities
- Develop visually appealing and tailored pitch decks that showcase our agency's capabilities, case studies, and success stories
- Manage and present pitch decks to prospective clients, ensuring the content is engaging and addresses their specific business needs and goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business requirements and providing customised solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to approach potential clients
- Collaborate closely with our marketing and creative teams to ensure the alignment of pitch content with our brand and service offerings
- Translate and interpret during client meetings, ensuring clear and accurate communication between English-speaking and Japanese-speaking stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing techniques to keep our pitch presentations relevant and impactful
- Achieve or exceed sales targets by driving business growth through effective account management and strategic sales efforts.

- Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English, both written and verbal
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or a similar role within a digital marketing or creative agency

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively
- Ability to understand client business needs and tailor presentations to address their challenges and goals
- Strong relationship-building skills with a client-centric approach
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends, techniques, and competitive landscape
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
