  • Manage the marketing budget and contribute to GtM plans.
  • Share local needs with the International Marketing team and assist with brand partnerships.

2. Creative Excellence:

  • Provide insights for marketing tools with Sr. Manager of Integrated Marketing.
  • Collaborate to meet creative needs and ensure brand alignment.
  • Translate Crocs Japan’s mission into creative solutions.
  • Lead creative development, content analysis, and campaign execution.
  • Manage agency relationships for efficient campaign delivery.

3. Brand Partnerships:

  • Identify and manage 3+ regional brand partnerships annually.
  • Develop activation plans for local relevance.
  • Support pitch decks, manage partner relationships, and handle negotiations.
  • Work with internal teams to execute activations and evaluate campaign performance.

Qualifications

1. Marketing & Consumers:

  • At least 3 years of marketing experience in brand management or communications (preferably in sporting goods, fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG industries; footwear experience is a plus).
  • Experience working in a multinational environment and managing local, regional, and global relationships.
  • Skilled in using actionable insights and consumer analytics to inform marketing strategies.
  • Experience in leading projects from ideation to execution, including agency briefings, proposals, production, and reviews.
  • Proven experience in creating and executing digitally-led brand campaigns.
  • Preferably experienced in managing Go-to-Market (GTM) priorities and calendar alignment.

2. Business Skills:

  • Deep understanding of omni-channel landscape, user experience, and digital platforms.
  • Brand budget management experience.
  • Strong execution skills with accountability for on-time delivery.
  • Ability to track and evaluate KPIs to measure effectiveness.

3. Competencies:

  • Strong at driving innovation and executing new ideas.
  • Detail-oriented with high standards.
  • Fluent in Business English and Japanese (oral and written), with strong presentation skills.
