Job Description

Purpose of the role:

Lead the business at Mass retailers like Super Market, Liquor Specialty and Discount chains operating on nationwide and regional scale. Expand distribution of our luxury portfolio as touch point with consumers to position our luxury portfolio Sustainably grow our current mainstream brands base volume


  • Renovate to expand luxury portfolio - Among key accounts where Luxury will play a role, get distribution, manage to conduct Showcase displays to highlight our products to consumers and engage key accounts
  • Negotiation with key stakeholders on annual joint planning, including annual shelf negotiation
  • Delivers performance against set of KPI's (incl. Availability, MPA, Brilliant Execution)
  • Gathers emerging trends and competitor’s activities and communicate that knowledge to key contacts within the Luxury team
  • Develops profitable programs while partnering with our customers
  • Uses customer insights while implementing activation plans
  • In outlet they make/influence sales, complete sales driver checks, manage customer relationship, merchandise in retail
  • Coaching the management of 3rd party service providers (merchandisers)

  • Understands trends and customer’s needs and develops solutions based on them
