Responsibilities
- Planning and Managing Exhibitions and Company-hosted Events
- Plan, execute, and follow up on exhibitions and conferences to enhance brand awareness.
- Manage event schedules, budgets, and vendor negotiations.
- Planning, Managing, Executing, and Evaluating Digital Marketing
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Analyze the performance of digital campaigns and propose and implement improvements.
- Develop and manage lead nurturing programs, including the creation of relevant content to engage and convert leads.
- Collaboration with Other Departments
- Work closely with product, design, and customer support teams to drive marketing activities.
- Incorporate feedback from other departments into marketing materials and promotional content.
- Lead Follow-up in Collaboration with the Sales Team
- Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and improve conversion rates.
- Use CRM systems to manage and track leads.
- Managing Marketing Budgets for each activities
- Develop and efficiently manage budgets for marketing activities.
- Analyze cost-effectiveness and optimize budgets.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- Identify new marketing opportunities by understanding customer needs and trends.
- Reporting and Presenting to Management
- Regularly report on marketing activities and results to management.
- Set and monitor KPIs to ensure goals are met.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing/ Communication or related field
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite and Salesforce (or any other CRM)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing for B to B companies
- Proven experience in event coordination
- A proven track record of organizing successful events
- Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
- Well-organized with Excellent time management
- Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships
