Job Description

We are looking for a product designer because user experience is extremely important for us to aim the change of purchase behavior. Since we are very small team, we expect the candidate to work closely with business and engineering teams to bring new user experiences to life. Though we are still in its early stage of development, we have ambitious goals for this product. If you feel even a little interested in this, It would be great to set time for a brief chat!

• Monthly Salary: Depends on working hours (4,000-9,000 yen/hour)

Responsibilities 

• Uncover hidden customer needs through UX research


• Combine a Lean UX design approach with agile software development

Qualifications 

• 5 years of experience in UX Design


• Experience designing for desktop and mobile web/app


• Ability to form clear hypotheses around design decisions and lay out a path to validate them
