Job Description:


This role supports all the creative projects that local VM is involved in; covering from local caravans to global events, which take place nationwide. Involves in planning projects aiming to optimize business and increase market share while maintaining the brand image to the core. Leads collaboration primarily with Customer Engagement, Logistics, and Store Planning teams. This is to ensure the best synergy of visual directives and local business needs. Organizes timeline for each project, making sure that all deadlines are met. Keep close track of import goods, invoices, warehouse control, competitor activations to name a few, and all other hidden elements essential to creative works. Partners heavily with outside vendors to ensure directions coming from WWVM are executed on the expected level.

Responsibilities:


  • Follow all visual directives that are related to creative/ special projects, in close liaison with WWVM Design team

  • Strong organization skills required to track and plan annual activity calendar, timeline, deadlines, submissions, etc. related to each event

  • Partner with CE/ Logistics/ SP to effectively support current business trends through each creativity/ event layout

  • Provide PowerPoint recaps from all store visits to be shared with Company Headquarters in Italy

  • Assist in coordinating window installation schedule with VM Managers

  • Research and create monthly report on competitions in the marketplace

  • Manage schedule and expenses such as travel, materials and as budgeted by corporate team

  • Inventory management support for prop / VMD tools at warehouse

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 3 years professional experience in International Retail industry as in-house Designer/ Creative Planner

  • Business-level English proficiency- must be able to read and write

  • Relatively mobile, and is flexible with working time

    • Late night operation for production processes in store

    • Domestic travel to support event installation as needed.

  • Experience in creative thinking based on information and opinions from various sources

  • Experience working with ambiguity and in a dynamic global organization

  • Strong attention to detail and passion to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines on time in full

  • Proficiency with Adobe Software (Illustrator and Photoshop), basic photography skills, Excel, and PowerPoint (3D-Soft, CAD are plus)

  • Fashion industry experience/ interest is preferred, but not required
