About the Role
As a Senior Marketing Manager, Car Audio Brand Partnerships within HARMAN’s Automotive Marketing team, you’ll be part of a fast-paced and passionate team dedicated to delivering world-class Car Audio marketing plans and experiences to our OEM partners. This position will primarily be responsible for developing a comprehensive marketing strategy for our leading OEM customers.
Success will require collaborating with, and supporting OEMs, CAMs, Lifestyle Division’s Marketing, Brand Portfolio Management, Finance, Product Management, Product Marketing, Acoustic Systems Engineering, Huemen, and Procurement to develop world class marketing plans and B2B & D2C programs that are aligned across marketing and CAM leadership.
Functional responsibilities include the development of marketing strategies, the creation and execution of all Business to Business (B2B) and Direct to Consumer (D2C) programs which include: extended Business pitches, brand immersions, co-marketing and product launch plans, trainings, incentives and top-2-top business reviews and planning in order to best support our OEM partners in the effective branded audio value creation and sale of our branded audio systems.
In addition, the Senior Marketing Manager, Car Audio Brand Partnerships will be responsible for building and maintaining strong OEM-customer relationships within Product Planning, Advanced Marketing (innovation), Product Marketing, Sales, Regions and NSOs, as well as with Marketing, Vehicle Launch Teams, Digital/Social and Dealerships around the globe.
