Position: Java/Python Developer

Qualifications

Language: Fluent in Japanese (above N2)

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Java including related technologies (JDBC, JMS, SPRING) OR 2+ years of development experience with Python
• 1+ years of writing RDBMS SQL (on MS SQL Server, Oracle or similar)
• Experience with Linux/Unix Shell Scripting is mandatory
• Experience with Windows CMD and Windows environment
• Business Level Japanese and Above. JLPT N2 or Native Japanese.
• Knowledge of basic process of system development project
• Able to provide operational support (Level 3 support) for system applications
• Basic Devops knowledge
• Should have worked with any cloud env, preferably AWS.

Preferred

• Ability to do technical presentation to business users in Japanese
• Business Level English and Above
• Bachelor’s degree in Computing, Math or Engineering discipline
• Evidence of ability to design, build and optimize data pipelines using any technology
• Understanding of computer networking and infrastructure
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs
• Quality Assurance experience
• Experience developing applications for public/private/hybrid clouds
• Experience with BI tools
• Development experience of any of these technologies (Snowflake, AWS cloud, StreamSets)
• Good understanding and working knowledge of DevOps, in theory and in practice
• Agile working experience

Working hours: 8:10- 17:10
