Job Description

In order to achieve the mid-term and annual business plans of Henkel Japan Professional Division, you will collaborate with sales, PPS, and marketing team based on the division's policies to achieve sales and improve awareness of the brands in charge, and plan and draft NPD that will contribute to the salon industry. 


Responsibilities

Key Interfaces:

  • Salon stylist and distributor
  • Creative agency
  • Internal function team (R&D, PPS, sales and region team)

  • Pipeline strategy planning and management of execution
  • Brand strategy planning and management
  • NPD planning and management
  • Brand key visual planning and management
  • L17 control and management
  • Group management and coaching

Qualifications

  • University Graduate
  • NPD experience over 5 years recommended
  • Marketing experience over 5years recommended
  • Professional salon industry experience
  • Knowledge of hair products (hair color, hair care)
  • Project management skill and experience
  • People management and coaching skill and experience
  • Business level English recommended
  • Skills to collaborate with other departments and manage projects
