Job Description

Creator – Video/Motion

  • Produces high quality videos and motion assets based on creators briefing
  • Originating, adapting, resizing, producing and delivering a variety of online creative content through video editing and motion graphics. Examples: short, medium format video elements & contents for social, online banners, eDMs and site (content) designs
  • Manages in-house & external motion media production based on Creators briefing and deliverables review and hands-on editing

Responsibilities

  • To assist and collaborate with group members to develop an idea and concept into design, photographs, video and animation
  • Design and produce an outstanding motion design within tight deadlines for our client
  • Assist and cooperate in the production of a storyboard, mood boards and ideation
  • Design, edit and animate video using software such as After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender or other motion design software
  • Edit raw video footage and add effects or elements as well as solutions to create motion graphics
  • Research and analyse the best design techniques and solutions for creating motion graphics
  • Sound knowledge on SFX selections and sound mixing for final content delivery
  • Experience with stock libraries (static, video & sound) that make up campaign assets
  • Fluent in digital language to be able to communicate with clients, agencies and partner companies as needed

Qualifications

Key Requirements

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of related interactive design experience
  • Proficient in After Effects 2D motion graphics and Cinema 4D
  • Thorough understanding of social and digital media platform delivery requirements
  • Having a strong visualization skill, helping in creating Storyboards and campaigns ideation
  • Expert {or close-to} abilities in all things Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
  • Photography and videography skills are a plus
  • Exceptional design skills, notably typography, color and composition
  • Follow the latest production trends and able to adopt and propose best practices as needed
  • Thrive under pressure while working on multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
  • Confident in ability to work individually and within an open group
  • Ability to take creative direction from a multitude of perspectives and turn ideas on a reasonable schedule
  • Team player who collaborates well with a large team of pretty awesome people
  • Exceptional design aesthetic, solid typography skills and awareness of copywriting, design trends
  • Ability to collaborate with Teams and internal departments
  • Flexible approach to working tasks, with the ability to support multiple projects at any given time
  • Communications skills in English is an advantage
