About the Company

The Cedarfield Group (“Cedarfield”) is a Los Angeles-headquartered global spirits company. The Company was founded six years ago by Isser Elishis, the founder and CEO of Waterton Global Resources, a multi-billion-dollar Toronto-based, private equity firm - exclusively backed by institutional investors with the vision of building a global spirits conglomerate.

Cedarfield entered the spirits industry, in 2017, with the launch of IJW Whiskey Company, LLC (“IJW”). IJW, which is headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, currently has over 70 employees, a fully integrated infrastructure, and the largest independent inventory of bourbon in the world. Building on the success of IJW, Cedarfield has enlarged its footprint in Kentucky and expanded into other spirits categories across the globe. The Company is currently constructing largescale distilleries in both Kentucky and Japan, has executed investments in leading companies in other spirits categories, and is assessing scaled acquisitions and/or structured financing transactions across additional verticals in the back- and front-end of the global spirits industry. These opportunities include both brands and infrastructure in other spirits categories, such as largescale carve-outs from multinational conglomerates as well as independently owned assets.
