Job Description

Director (Strategy Group)


Responsibilities

  • Achieves project management in line with given scopes by controlling client expectations
  • Achieves to deliver valuable output/deliverables to the Client
  • Prepares proposals and to do schedule
  • Identifies issues, resolves problems in the course of projects as the front contact person to the Clients
  • Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Control and meet profit objectives by forecasting requirements, planning modules of the project
  • Achieves strong team management by motivating/coaching junior members assigned to the project

Qualifications

  • 10-15 years’ experience as project manager at consulting firms or business companies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Project and process management
  • Negotiation skills
  • Budget development and tracking
  • Mentoring and coaching
  • Supervision
  • Critical thinking
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Language skills: Fluent Japanese, Business English (Strong verbal communication required)
