Job Description
Jellyfish is looking for specialist financial translators and copy editors to work with us on an exciting project with a leading CFD and spread betting company.
Our client offers customers access to 17,000 markets to trade and invest via an easy-to-use platform, with expert trade ideas and friendly support. Jellyfish is tasked with producing informative, evergreen articles about trading topics, which will be hosted on eight regional websites: UK, AU, JP, DE, FR, IT, ES and SE. We will create the content in UK English, then adapt and localise it for each of the other regions.

Responsibilities
You can expect to work on approximately 10 articles (between 300-1,500 words each) which will be allocated in 2 batches.
We are looking to complete all translation and localisation work by the end of June 2023.
All roles on this project are freelance and remote-based.
Qualifications
- Have good knowledge of the finance space and relevant terminology
- Be able to demonstrate industry specialism via their portfolio and experience
- Have good knowledge of stock markets and indices
- Have a good working knowledge of localising for SEO
- Feel confident localising engaging editorial articles in our client’s straight-talking, challenging and lively tone of voice
