Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities for the management of all services in Japan including local client relationship, staff / vendor management, financial performance, operational performance and compliance.


Account Management

  • Team management for our staff and onsite vendors
  • Staff planning and Succession planning.
  • Related vendor management.
  • Attend various regional meeting as team representative.
  • Communicate with regional platform members.
  • Managing operational performance with KPI score.
  • Achieve the saving target with team member.
  • Contract management.

Client Relationship

  • Monthly operation review meeting with KPI score
  • Ad-hoc operational meeting
  • Quarterly business review meeting
  • Follow Business Continuous Planning
  • Annual Financial budget planning and tracking
  • Propose improvement plan and best practices.
  • Reporting

Operation Delivery

  • Lead management of MEP/Project and Office services
  • Support strategic space management with the client.
  • Lead initiatives related to minor project and MAC.
  • Working with vendors across all portfolios (Shinagawa/ Yokohama/ Osaka
  • Transition, stabilization and standardization toward/after Go-live.
  • Obtain pre-approval for invoicing and submit it on the communication with regional finance team.

Health & Safety Management

  • Implement and manage safety procedures to ensure the provision of a safe working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards.

Risk Management

  • Assist in the implementation and management of a property risk management program.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of disaster recovering and business continuity plans.
  • Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures.
  • Adhere to JLL business conduct by ensuring compliance with the firm’s guidelines.
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targets. 

Qualifications

  • 10 years experience on Facility Management and 5 years experience on People management
  • Mind-set of diversity and inclusion
  • Native level in Japanese and business level in English
  • Knowledge and skill for Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Self-motivated; confident & energetic
  • Strongly goal-oriented – focuses on meeting all performance targets.
  • Team player – cooperates and works well with others to meet targets.
