Job Description
We are Kessaku, global co-ownership platform to own culturally/historically significant architectures as second homes. We are expanding our team and are looking for Content/Media Producer to join us!

Responsibilities
This is a contract role for a Content/Media Producer with flexibility for some remote work. The Content/Media Producer will work on crafting creative content centered in Japanese architecture across the social media.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop and premier.
- Knowledge and interest in Architecture/Design.
- Knowledge and experience crafting brand-owned media.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative contents that tell a message with atmosphere
- Experience creating fan community
- Bilingual in English and Japanese (Not a must)
Monthly salary: 100,000 - 400,000 JPY
About the Company
Fed up with seeing old homes being demolished in Japan, we set up Kessaku (“masterpiece” in Japanese). We aim to protect heritage houses by offering shared ownership. We offer people the chance to buy a stake in a property from as little as 3000USD; depending on the amount they put in, co-owners would then be able to stay a certain number of days per year. The properties will be everything from a traditional Japanese house to an architect-designed home from the 1970s and Kessaku will take care of management and maintenance.
