Job Description
KUMORI, a boutique creative agency working with high-end premium Japanese brands, is seeking a talented UI/UX design intern. This is ideal for someone who is already experienced in UI / UX design but wants to expand their portfolio with Japanese brands. You will be working on projects that highlight Japanese aesthetics and design excellence.
Duration: 3 months (trial period)
Payment: Paid internship

Responsibilities
- Support the design team in creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces aligned with Japanese aesthetics and global design trends.
- Work on UX wireframes, UI components, and prototypes for digital projects.
- Assist with visual asset design for web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with the team to incorporate feedback and refine designs.
Qualifications
- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects (with attention to Japanese or minimalist design preferred).
- Basic understanding of UX principles and UI design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
- Interest in Japanese culture, aesthetics, and premium design.
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
Visa Status:
- For Japanese candidates: Compensation depending on agreement.
- For foreign candidates: Must have a valid visa; KUMORI will accommodate visa regulations, but not sponsor.
