Our Content team is the newest addition to our operating model, and one that we are particularly excited by. On this team you will work closely with Research to deliver exceptional storytelling for Late Checkout as you grow and manage the business' voice across channels. In addition, you will have the opportunity to own copywriting across both startup Studio and client-facing Agency projects.
Responsibilities
Work closely with our broader teams to produce engaging and valuable content suited for all channels
Draft campaign assets across digital/social channels, including social media ads, landing pages, blog posts, emails, courses, etc.
Maintain a consistent brand voice throughout all our marketing projects
Research and understand our target audience and personas to personalize content that speaks to them
Evaluate and optimize created assets based on performance data
Effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholders
Use various inputs and methods to identify and define exciting new concepts, opportunities, and trends
Demonstrate a strong understanding of technology and deep empathy for community
Develop, communicate and implement new content tools, processes and assets
Lead cross-team content development across design, business, and technology
Collaborate with team members across the organization on other projects as needed
