Our Design team is the creative brain behind Late Checkout. Our incredible group of designers owns product design, visual and graphic design, branding, and social media assets. LC design is pivotal to designing beautiful decks and products for some of the world’s most interesting clients and communities.
🧩 We're looking for someone who can...
Clearly define and communicate product features and vision
Shape and lead projects end-to-end, including client relationship and deliverables (user stories, roadmaps, strategy briefs, ...)
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop new products and services
Use trends, research and expertise to design innovative concepts
Demonstrate systems-level design thinking to deliver solutions that scale
Create the vision for developing, communicating, and implementing the user experience and associated UI framework and assets on a range of products
Collaborate strategically with other team members on special projects

Strong product intuition and vision, driven by a passion for tech, product design, and user empathy
Relevant experiences across both UI and UX design
Good communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills
Strong online portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables (e.g.: websites or apps, research or content, study plans, ...)
Bias for practicality
High integrity
👑 Preferred Qualifications
4+ years of design experience
Knows Figma inside and out - or can learn and ramp up at light speed
Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods for user research
Passionate about WEB3
