Lenovo Services is seeking a Product Manager for NEC Personal Computers (NECPC)/Lenovo Solution and Services Team to lead the service marketing program and service product lifecycle. This person will serve in a service market leading role reporting to Japan Services Product Marketing Manager. This is a service portfolio management role as a partner of Lenovo service sales and marketing team who will be responsible for driving services booking, GAAP revenue, PTI (Pre-Tax Income) by offering the competitive service menu and expands service portfolios with Global Lenovo Leaders.
The team’s primary focus is 4P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion), branding, new services launch, marketing parts number creation, marketing seminar, market communications and service registration in terms of KPI management of daily execution of the business.
■Key Interaction with:
This position leads product localization and sales enablement such as product marketing finesse for Japan market, sales training customizing AP content, product demo including script and environment preparation, marketing campaign planning and execution and etc
This position also leads planning and managing key activities and initiatives that are driven by team members. From the point of view, he/she will program manage Service Marketing responsibilities as PM or Controller.
S/he will work closely with the Japan services sales team, NECPC/Lenovo Japan 4P team,4 sales organizations (GA, KA, Channel/Retail, Consumer) and NEC Corp. S/he also has to establish good and close communication with Lenovo global service sales, marketing and offering team.
