Aligning with Japan’s business strategy focusing on Online (ONL) business in consumer field, Amazon ONL Customer Marketing Manager will take a significant role to grow Amazon Sell-out (SO) in both Personal Workspace (PWS: Mice, Keyboard, Webcam, Headset, iPad Keyboard) and Gaming devices (Gaming Mice, Keyboard, Headset, and Wheel).

Reporting directly to Online Sales Head, this position will have responsibility for the entire SO in Amazon by optimizing Ad in Amazon (Display Ad & Search), upgrading contents, and executing price promo.

This position, part of ONL Sales team, may lead Amazon Customer Marketing team and may take people manager role (TBD).

This position will take full ownership for ad optimization such as spending mix for the entire categories to maximize Amazon SO.


Responsibilities

Your Contribution:

  • Maximize SO and increase market share for the entire categories in Amazon
  • Develop and design Ad optimization for the growth of Amazon SO (Category spending mix, DSP/Search spending mix, Incrementality/ROAS)
  • Ensure timely execution of the strategy with full ownership
  • Devise and execute an appropriate sales strategy across all online channels. Also devise a strategy to deliver short, medium and long term wins in the online channel
  • Take a responsibility to drive sell-out on online channel
  • Deliver timely and clear business forecasts and revenue reports
  • Align with HQ/AP for global strategy
  • Work with the local team, Amazon team, 4P, Marketing, Finance, to develop annual/quarterly SO plans and track constantly
  • Achieve SO growth targets, deliver financial metrics across each catetegory
  • Provide weekly management reporting of performance against target and market activity
  • Liaise with Ad agency partners to drive implementation of capabilities
  • Continuously look for opportunities to optimize shopper conversion via relevant shopper insights
  • Partner with Global & Region Logitech team to drive learning from other markets and to share best practices

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • E-Commerce (EC) through reseller > 5y
  • Extensive knowledge about the EC in CE, PC, or FMCG industry
  • Experience collaborating with Amazon, achieving traffic, conversion rate, and SO targets

Required Technical Skills

  • In depth understanding of EC landscape and best practice, especially on Amazon platform
  • Proficient in data driven digital marketing programs and contents upgrade
  • Ability to manage Ad agency partners
