We’re seeking an exceptional Senior Web Designer to join our design team. You have experience in shipping and will focus on quickly and iteratively creating high-quality, visually appealing, high-conversion landing pages for LottieFiles.com. You have a keen eye for details, impeccable taste, and the ability to execute all aspects of web design, from layout and typography to color, media, responsiveness, and performance, with Framer and other web-making tools. Responsibilities
As a Senior Web Designer, your continuous task involves enhancing the LottieFiles landing page design, functionality, and performance to provide the best possible user experience and conversion.
- Design and build new pages from scratch or update outdated pages and provide creative solutions by identifying, driving, and owning the opportunities across the LottieFiles.
- Constantly evolving with the Lottie Studio team on brand visual design.
- Understanding the product’s features deeply by partnering with stakeholders like the Product Marketing Manager, Product Leads, Product Designers, and Content Writer.
- Overseeing the quality and output of LottieFiles static pages (landing pages, case studies, community, etc.).
- Work with SEO Manager to improve and maintain our search engine ranking.
- Collaborate with the entire Marketing team to launch product campaigns successfully.
- Applying and improving the LottieFiles’ design language and Design System.
- Actively seek and provide feedback to improve the LottieFiles websites.
- Share your work early and often, clearly articulating your objectives and ideas. Always ensure that communications with remote teams are on track and objectives are aligned.
Qualifications
Required professional and technical expertise
- You have over 6+ years of Web and Product Design experience - designing, shipping, and iterating on multiple complex interactive websites, leading and owning the end-to-end design process.
- You have exceptional craft and attention to detail, understanding the practical mindset of how small nuances interact to create a seamless, intuitive design.
- You have experience in building and maintaining websites in Framer.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and work in multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, product managers, and designers.
- You have experience applying and extending design systems and establishing design principles and practices that will empower and amplify other team members to deliver exceptional and consistent experiences.
- You can work in a fast-paced startup environment using modern tools (Slack, Figma, Framer, Linear, Pitch, and Notion).

- A link to your portfolio that demonstrates your craftsmanship of any web design work you are proud to share.
- Strong visual storytelling skills that support launching new and emerging websites in novel ways
- You are familiar with front-end (HTML, CSS, React, JS, etc.) and animation-related technologies (Adobe Creative Suite, Framer Motion, GSAP, Motion One, etc.).
- You can keep up with adopting new technologies or services quickly, which could enhance our website user experience and improve our internal website-building process.
- Experience in understanding and using back-end or data services.
