Senior Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• In collaboration with the Account Sales team, study use cases and requirements of potential customers and perform fit-gap analysis on MODE's solutions.
• In collaboration with other engineers in the Delivery Team, propose high-level solution design and implementation plans to customers. Draft statement of work (SoW) as part of the contracting process with customers.
• Supervise quality of the output of the Delivery Team and confirm acceptance by customers.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in system architecture design involving cloud-based services.
• 3+ years of experience in interfacing with enterprise customers on technical projects.
• 2+ years of experience in project and resource management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnels in Japanese (verbally and in writing)

Preferred requirements

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Javascript, Typescript, Go.
• Experience in launching and operating cloud services or applications on AWS.
