Job Description:


As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Product Designer who can support our SNS application Yay! Designers at nanameue, Inc. do more than simply create a UI. The job of the designers at nanameue, Inc. is to create products from the perspective of both the business and the user, such as user experience, ease, and comfort. Our ideal candidate is able to communicate and work well in an international team environment. They will be able to bring their creative ideas to the table and work in a diverse environment.

Responsibilities:


  • Design for the Yay! Application

  • Design and propose new product features/improvement measures based on user experience

  • Discovering and proposing user needs through user research

  • Create graphic designs for Yay! related materials

Qualifications:


  • Experience as a mobile product designer (iOS/Android)

  • Able to verbalize the output of your design and communicate smoothly with development members

  • Ability to perform appropriate prototyping and step-by-step design process based on context

  • Communication level in Japanese (Above N3) and Business level English

Nice-to-haves:


  • Experience with responsibility for overall product design

  • Experience as a UX researcher

  • Graphic design skills

  • Experience in web design

  • Front-end development skills
