Job Description

The Social Media Community Manager is responsible for managing and engaging with our social media channels to build a strong community.

This role requires a strategic and creative thinker who can develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.


  • Monitor social media conversations and engage with our audience to foster a sense of community.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Being 100% compliant to marketing regulations.
  • Posting social media content on requiredplatforms.
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide reports on performance and engagement.
  • Collaborate with other teams (marketing, design, customer service, etc.) to ensure social media initiatives are aligned with overall business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices, and provide recommendations for improvements.


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Community Manager or similar role.
  • Native in Japanese, fluent or minimum conversational in English both speaking and reading.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, preliminary Instagram, Twitter, LINE, and Youtube. Better to have other platforms in Japan and Korea.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging community building.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media channels simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report on social media metrics.
  • Ability to leverage social media management tools (Sprinklr) in order for posting management and analytics.
