Job Description

You will be responsible for driving the planning and execution of Noah & Zoey's marketing campaigns in Japan. That includes but is not limited to building awareness of our brand and the solutions we offer, and deepening existing customer relationships to drive stronger brand loyalty and retention. You will work with business partners and internal stakeholders, including our in-house creative and growth team to build strategic and effective campaigns.


Responsibilities


  • Strategize and lead brand & promotion campaign strategy in Japan understand the audience, and competitive landscape, design a full marketing mix plan to create brand awareness, drive brand differentiation, and product preference to support business goals

  • Own campaign objective, planning, execution and be accountable for campaign results

  • Manage creative, SEO, content and media partners - from resource planning, to timeline and budget management

  • Possess excellent business judgment, strategic aptitude with strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from data and market intelligence and provide them to internal stakeholders

  • Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders such as KOLs, medical professionals and brand partners

  • Operate autonomously, have excellent communications skills and the ability to articulate ideas and influence stakeholders

  • Be an advocate for the Ordinary Folk brands and ensure that all marketing activities are aligned and build the brands internally and externally

Qualifications 


Your Experience


  • 5 or more years of experience in marketing or advertising agency, ideally with consumer healthcare brand experience

  • Proven track record in running successful insight led Omni channel marketing campaigns

Your Skill


  • Good communication in both English and Japanese

  • Effective communicator, and presenter, with thought leadership qualities

  • Savvy with marketing full-funnel campaigns

  • Excellent cross-functional skills including customer lifecycle management, social media and content marketing

  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills to successfully manage multiple priorities

  • Entrepreneurial mind-set and an ability to adapt and learn, take risks and challenge the status quo
