Responsibilities
As a designer on our team, you'll get to:
- Collaborate in setting the product and design direction for the company
- Work closely with engineers and other stakeholders to bring our vision to life
- Implement and advance our internal design system
- Create user flows, prototypes, and visuals for exciting new features
- Ensure smooth design execution in partnership with our engineering team
- Contribute to refining and improving our design and development processes
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in leading and designing interactive applications
- Strong visual, UI, and interaction design skills
- Passion for design and solving UX, UI, and interaction challenges
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to tackle complex interaction design problems
- Familiarity with visualization and prototyping using tools such as Figma
- Knowledge of design systems, programming, and technical tools (e.g. Git, VSCode, Storybook) is a plus.

For applicants: Our work primarily takes place in the office (3 minutes walk from Kojimachi station, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) to foster teamwork and creativity. However, our hybrid work model offers flexibility and balance, allowing for a relaxed schedule with the option of having every Wednesday off.
