Job Description

We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to help us grow our Japanese presence. Our ideal candidate combines deep technical knowledge of social and digital advertising platforms with analytical drive to achieve CPL and ROI goals. Responsibilities

  • Design and execute brand and lead generation campaigns in performance marketing channels (paid social, online video, affiliate)
  • Work with your team to implement an account-based marketing program to deliver cost-effective leads to your target account list.
  • Plan and implement an A/B test roadmap to continuously improve cost effectiveness, increase cost per lead (CPL) and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
  • Work closely with product marketing and content teams to build high performing content funnels across all channels.
  • Collaborate with data science teams to provide clear and effective reporting on acquisition and conversion metrics
  • Stay on top of industry trends and developments in Paid Social, Digital Marketing and B2B Marketing
  • Design and facilitate various events to increase Perpetua's presence in the Japanese market
  • Develop and execute press releases

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of marketing related work experience, working at a B2B SaaS company is an asset
  • More than 1 year of Paid media planning and work experience (Google, Yahoo!, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Power Point and Excel Experience in events, PR, etc.
  • Experienced in lead generation and marketing at B2B companies
  • Those who have logical thinking and can analyze and apply data excellent communication skills
  • Excellent project management ability and organizational skills
  • Those who can value positive attitude and teamwork
  • You have spoken and written proficiency in Japanese

The Interview Process:

Every role starts the same, an introductory call with someone from Perpetua. We will be looking for company and values-fit as well as your professional experience; there may be some technical role-specific questions during this call. 

Every role is different after the initial call, but you can expect to meet several people from the team 1:1 and there might be further skill assessments in the form of a Take Home Assignment/Case Study Presentation or Pair Programming/Live Coding exercise depending on the role. In your initial call, we will walk you through exactly what to expect the process to be.
