Job Description:

A health products manufacturer is looking for a Graphic Designer. The successful candidate will be accountable for various duties related to creative works such as concepts, brand identity, and visual management. This role is based in Tokyo.

Responsibilities:

• Align results from UX, web, mobile, etc. in coordination with key initiatives


• Manage multiple projects and ensure strict attention to detail, quality, and consistency


• Oversee and participate in the development of assets and tools for sales and marketing


• Utilise DAM or organisation archives for creative asset management


• Adopt cross-functional collaboration to encourage the lean and agile management approach


• Remove duplications to enhance procedures for a lean work environment

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor's degree or above in graphic design, visual communications, or equivalent


• More than 5 years of experience in graphic design


• Experience in eCommerce, email, social, or digital


• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (CC)


• Background in training junior designers


• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or CMS systems as well as UX and UI design


• Business level English is a plus
