Job Description


A globally recognised manufacturer of consumer electronics is in need of a Social Media Specialist. The ideal candidate will manage and present online analytics data to facilitate reporting activities.

Responsibilities


  • Lead the preparation of reports on a regular basis

  • Oversee eCommerce operations

  • Prepare and localise digital contents

  • Aid in handling products, pricing, and promotions on the firm’s eCommerce website

  • Ensure successful creation and deployment of digital programs

  • Ensure effective collaboration with sales, marketing, and global EC colleagues

Qualifications


  • 5+ years of experience in digital commerce or site optimisation

  • Working knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce, Amazon vender central, Rakuten RMS, etc.

  • Functional understanding of SEO or SEM

  • Skilled in using Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator to design creative contents

  • Competent in web analytics platforms like Google Analytics or a similar platform

  • Proficient in MS Excel

  • Ability and willingness to travel locally and overseas

  • Business level written and spoken English
