Job Description

SailPoint is looking for an International Digital Marketing Manager to lead our expanding global web presence. Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing, you will work with the global digital marketing team, regional marketing and sales teams around the globe, and key agency partners as you optimize the country websites in our key markets. The ideal candidate is from a fast-growth software company or digital marketing agency, with extensive hands-on experience in developing and implementing web-based marketing strategy to promote our brand, attract visitors and potential leads, and generate pipeline. 


Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement web-based marketing strategies and campaigns via our global websites to engage, educate and convert our target audiences
  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the country websites to deliver modern B2B enterprise prospect and customer journeys
  • Collaborate with web development, user experience, and design teams; provide guidance on marketing-related aspects of our global web presence
  • Work closely with regional marketing teams globally in planning and execution of integrated programs and initiatives
  • Coordinate with other marketing team members to ensure active promotions and campaigns are represented on the websites
  • Build a global program for international websites that optimizes for impact while delivering at scale
  • Engage with corporate paid media team to ensure international paid and website programs are aligned and reinforcing each other
  • Define and track international digital KPI so we can monitor and understand the trends and impact our international digital programs are having against marketing goals
  • Collaborate with corporate and agency resources to monitor and improve search engine optimization (SEO) results for the company’s international websites
  • Maintain current knowledge of trends and developments in digital marketing 

Qualifications

  • A strategic thinker as well as a hands-on executer who embraces innovations
  • 5+ years' experience in digital marketing and web development
  • Experience in developing and implementing international websites
  • Experience with Google Analytics (or other analytics platform) and site optimization tools and using data to drive continuous improvement
  • Understands and has experience with development, user experience, testing, and optimization digital functions
  • Ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple tasks, pay attention to detail, and can work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, stakeholder management skills and presentation skills

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience focused on international digital programs, particularly multi-language websites
  • Project or program management experience
  • Basic familiarity in a marketing automation platform (Marketo) and sales database (SFDC)
  • Ability to communicate in languages in addition to English
  • Multi-cultural and cross-regional experience
