Job Description
We are looking for a social media creator to drive the visual storytelling of our brand.
You will plan, shoot, and edit images and videos to create engaging content for accounts such as TikTok and Instagram.
You will apply your knowledge of ever-changing trends and culture to your creative production. Your ultimate goal is to effectively balance creativity and profitability, aiming for content that not only strengthens the brand but also drives sales, and turn potential social media users into our customers.

Qualifications
- Ability to create and generate ideas for compelling content for digital platforms, with a focus on social media
- Ability to produce high-quality multimedia content including images, videos and graphics
- Ability to work as a social-first video editor and videographer, working with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and social platforms such as CapCut and Canva
- Ability to have and use ideas, understanding and knowledge of social media from a creative perspective
- Ability to research and stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to ensure content is relevant and effective
- Ability to produce high-quality multimedia content including images, videos and graphics
- Ability to stay current on digital media technologies and trends and incorporate content strategies and tactics
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with short deadlines
- Ability to write content copy in Japanese (required)
Requirements
- Familiar with social media
- Video editing capabilities (Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, Canva, etc.)
- Video shooting capabilities (iPhone and digital camera)
- Interested in beauty, cosmetics and esthetics
- Have a pioneering spirit (try first) and be sensitive to the latest trends
- Have an active interest in Japanese culture
- Native English speaker, business level Japanese preferred
- Be a team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledgeable about the status and usage of social media, and new features
- Knowledgeable about digital media on various SNS
