Job Description
About the Role(当求人の特徴):
- Be involved in the core of creating values for a global brand originating from Japan
- Work in a diverse environment with members with various values and background (incl. Brand Holders and Regional HQ)
- Learn prestige skincare market and marekting from the basis
- Can feel the joy of seeing the communication developed being executed world wide
Responsibilities
- In charge of core franchises under the brand
- Hold responsibility on leading projects as well as team coaching/ mentering as the core and senior member in the team
- Based on the brand and franchise midterm strategy, kick-off and lead projects by determining project objective, KPI, create new values jointly with Product development team and lead communication development to deliver those values towards our consumers including IMC development, and asset creation with agencies
Qualifications
- Marketing and communiaction development experience as a project leader (IMC development, asset creation with agency)
- Logical and strategic thinking
- Analytical skills
- Communication skills (Verbal and written english skills/ skills to involve and drive team members by providing responsibility and accountability)
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members as the senior member in the team
- Agility and Flexibility
