The PR & Social group is responsible of creating unique experiences for brand SHISEIDO many franchises, from Global Events to KOLs activations we craft unforgettable brand moments to help inspire consumers through different touchpoints and voices.

Our Social team is in charge of creating beautiful and elevated brand narratives on social channels to engage and connect with our global audience.

About the Role

Shiseido is a pioneer in the beauty industry, with a rich legacy expanding the 100 year mark.

To become a part of brand SHISEIDO, you will have the chance to bring incredible campaigns to live, inspire consumers and set new trends in the beauty industry. 


Responsibilities

  • To develop and implement social media strategies in an agile, efficient and effective manner.
  • Considering budget optimization for content creation strategies and exploring new solutions to be implemented.
  • Work in tandem with social content production agencies, marketing and creative stakeholders to manage and direct the social asset creation.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Social Media Strategic Planning, understanding best practices for social channels and content creation optimization. 
  • Experience in implementing campaigns on Meta Business Suite, Bydance and Google platforms, building relationships with platformers to explore platform full potential.
  • Social Content Creation, managing relationships with externals partners and briefing projects.
  • Experience with managing team budget, transparent and efficient bookkeeping skills.
  • Experience working in global teams, able to modulate and adapt to different cultures and nationalities.
  • English fluent.
