Senior UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are currently hiring a passionate, user centered senior UX/UI designer (app) to join a collaborative and innovative global team from one of the most popular car make in the world, which has launched its mobility service in 27 countries.

Your mission

• Creating user-centered designs base on our global design system by understanding business requirements, user feedback
• Creating information architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, be able to translate requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces and UI elements
• Creating original graphic designs for the app, such as key visual image and illustration
• Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems
• Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management teams
• Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience

Your heroic skills

• You have a degree/diploma design, engineering or related field
• You have 5 year+ experience on App design both for iOS and Andorid base on the philosophy and principle of material design, with a strong portfolio online of related projects
• You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite for both visual and motion design
• You are proficient in prototyping tools such as Adobe XD and Figma
• HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript know-how/skills are a plus
• You pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics
• You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
• You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
