If you live and breathe cutting edge marketing, with a strong experience in Account Based Marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager to implement, monitor and optimize our marketing campaigns in Japan.

This is the role and main tasks 

This role will work closely with the rest of the marketing team, sales and other departments in its effort to attract new prospects and engage with both prospects and existing customers. You will develop, implement, track and optimize Field marketing campaigns and events for the region.

The key objective for the role is to enhance Stibo Systems awareness in the region and generate Leads and Pipeline through highly targeted integrated marketing campaigns. This is your Team 

You will be a key part of the Global Demand Generation team, made up of 11 other regional field marketing managers, all learning and sharing together.

The broader Marketing team consists of specialist who can help you deliver your goals, roles such as; content creation, design, MOPs, etc.


Responsibilities

  • Be goal orientated and driven by outcomes.
  • Be able to understand the data and make decisions based on it.
  • Build a plan in partnership with your sales partners to hit our shared targets.
    • Have a digital first approach but understand how to leverage in-person activities to accelerate pipeline.
    • Understand the customer journey, along with the regional nuance to implement it.
    • Use, optimize and localize marketing content to initiate conversations and nurture our external targeted audience.
    • Nurture and qualify opportunities prior to hand over to sales.
    • Define, execute and monitor the Account Based Marketing strategy for the region.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will use data to help inform behavior, come with a creative eye, and be able to collaborate across the organization to serve our brand, content strategy objectives and campaigns.

Moreover, you: 

  • The ideal candidate will have a Marketing or Communications degree
  • 5 years of experience in marketing with B2B experience a plus
  • Probably have experience with some of our key industries within retail, CPG, distribution and/or manufacturing
  • Be a team player
