Job Description

As an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, your primary responsibility will be to design and develop marketing campaigns across various channels, such as Email and LINE. You will also play a crucial role in supporting cross-cloud development within Salesforce's expanding MarTech/AdTech product set. This will require you to expand on a strong working knowledge of APEX code and integration patterns for Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Customer Data Platform (CDP), Datorama, Experience Cloud, as well as key integration considerations with Commerce Cloud and Salesforce CRM. The Marketing Technology team within Superdrive aligns strategy, operating models, and the latest marketing technologies with data and analytics tools to personalize the customer experience at every interaction to drive business results. As a member of the technology team, you will bring your expertise and lead on Salesforce Development and Integrations and will work with some of our top enterprise clients. The role demands you to be confident and curious to find the best solutions and deliver them with quality and discipline.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Development and
    Integrations
  • Responsible for design, develop, test, document, and deploy third-party integrations with Salesforce.
  • Strong experience with REST and SOAP-based web services
  • Strong experience with multiple Salesforce Integrations
  • Experience implementing and developing in JavaScript, Apex, and Visualforce
  • Competency in JavaScript, particularly Node.js, HTML, XML, Flex, ASP, SOQL
  • Experience with Package Manager and working with multiple business unit
    environments.
  • Exposure to Salesforce Personalization (Interaction Studio) or similar real-time stack
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • While Japanese language requirement for this role is not mandatory, it is hugely
    advantageous, and preference may be given to bi-lingual candidates.

Your Salesforce Credentials

  • Mandatory: Marketing Cloud Developer or/and Marketing Cloud Consultant certification
  • Good to have: Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Accredited Interaction Studio Professional
